| Ellsinora Castle

Home to the Ellsinora royalty, the castle now stands in a state of shambles and decay. The stone is beginning to crumble away and the flurry of life that once decorated these halls has now disappeared. The windows remain empty, the once welcome feeling is gone and the shadows that mask the castle are overwhelming. With one disappearance after another, the royalty of Ellsinora seems to have left the depleting castle with no sign of royalty and no sign of the rich luxuries that had once existed here.

The town that at one time held the splendor of the castle now lies in a depressed shadow. The buildings are receding into an unappealing state and the buildings are beginning to follow the path of the castle. Crumbling and falling apart at the seams, the town is in a state of depression just as the people and the castle have come to follow. Though the town once was a flurry of activity and life it now remains in the footsteps of Murate.

| Temple of Aravariella

Tucked amongst the best of Ellsinora, the temple has taken a blow along with the rest of Ellsinora. The temple still holds a sacred place of worship for the goddess Aravariella despite the shadow that layers around the temple. The landscape is downcast, the floral slowly dying and the vast field layered around the temple is beginning to grow barren. The landscape is losing its floral complexion and the walls of the temple are beginning to decay. The once glory of this temple is now suffering.

The falls once elegant and beautiful now holds a saddened mystery. The trickles of water are weak, Ellsinora’s water source is depleting. The falls that once would have charmed any traveler closer now only holds weak trickles across the rocks. However this wild area still holds its immense dangers and is not for the faint of heart, or the greedy. The rocks still run slick and avalanches do run rampant across the rocks now tumbling with thin streams of dirty water.

| Countryside

Ravaged and ripped apart, the countryside is barren of the sources of life that once lingered here. The natural sources of food and provisions are now wasted. The grass is dried out, the trees stripped of all leaves and the floral and wildlife dying out. Becoming a scar upon the earth, the countryside is a sharp reminder of the beauty that once was Ellsinora and is now just an ugly mark upon the earth. It has become less able to be traveled easily and is inviting to no one.

| Murate Castle

Murate Castle, large, tall, dark, and home to the villainous Magrej and his henchmen. With hundreds of rooms and maze of halls inside of the castle is confusing to a stranger. The thick walls make this place nearly impenetrable and the tall towers give a bird's eyes view for miles. Few go in that ever come out alive and often screams of pain can be heard coming from the castle.

| Ohanzee

The largest in Murate and closest town to the dark castle, Ohanzee is a place where fear and terror rule supreme. The buildings are in shambles and many of them are decaying. The people here have the look of mistrust in their eyes. The Grellon can often be found lurking in the village attempting to sneak people out right under Magrej's nose.

| Temple of Araxes

In the darkest part of Murate there is a place of perpetual night. Hidden in a deep valley is the temple of the god, Araxes. The building is huge, made up of ebony stone, but in a state of decay as suits the god of evil. Dead trees and cracked earth surround this place of evil. Within, it is said that Araxes himself communions with his worshippers, chief of whom is Emperor Magrej. There is no hope here, only death.

| Pungoi Swamp

Also nicknamed "Badland" this putrid piece of ground actually engulfs most of Murate. Though it is called a swamp, there is very little water and what water there is here, is usually poisonous. Instead, this swamp is more of a lava field and random fiery geysers often shoot up from the ground. Some say it is tied to the King's magic because every Kingdom that has been engulfed by Murate soon has these fire geysers and the field of lava spreads. A dangerous land for all living creatures.

| Wastelands

Murate is a massive country, full of breathing souls. Yet, there is no true life. The earth is cracked from lack of moisture and trees are sparse and many are dead. The entire country, spotted with little villages, is nothing but darkness and death. It is little wonder that many chose to escape, risking their lives, instead of remaining in the land of Magrej.

| Kai |
| Kai Castle

Located on the east shore of the island, the castle was a thing of beauty. Years beneath the waves though have damage the castle, but not beyond repair. Mermaid would use the castle as their home, so often odd things can be found. It also smells strongly of the sea. Perhaps one day the castle will be back to its former glory.

| Raymere

Once a thriving town, Raymere is in ruins with its market place and homes wrecked and the pieces scattered all over the island. Many different sea creatures made their homes here, so now the entire place smell of dead sea life. But one day the market place will again be full of wares. That is, if the Dread Lord doesn't destroy everything first.

| Ashvyn Caverns
Before the sinking of the island, these caverns and caves were used as protection against hurricanes and to store crops. But as the caves only go deeper, never going up, most of the caverns are filled with sea water. There are many creatures trapped within Ashvyn, even a mermaid or two. But something trapped within the caverns is also doing something horrible, creating earthquakes that rock the entire island. These caverns are dangerous and not to be disturbed.

| The Rogue Lands |

Still a great Set of Mountains, but it was once a haven. The skies have darkened and the trees and animals are withering. It seems with the weaken land the lord is also weakening. More disturbances and intruders along with nature’s landslides and storms are tearing this once peaceful territory apart.

| Naveem Plains

Things have grown dark, all about the land, even the Naveem Plains is suffering. Once full of grass and now resources are scarce, making it seem more like a second desert then the source of life that it once to to be. With the depleting life and the flatness the plains now is even less likely place to be.

| Arido Desert

The desert has changed little over the passing days. But what is apparent is the over bearing heat. The sun now beats down on anyone who is foolish enough to wander in and will quickly end their life. Even the slaves have found the heat more than they can take, and are soon embracing the swift death.

| Dirya Sea

The endless ocean that keeps the darkness that seems to be seeping from Murate from the rest of the world. Deep below its waves lay the ruins of the island of Kai which is still said to be guarded by the elusive dragon. The ships that used to be seen fighting the sea's waves have depleted to almost none. Traders have found that the swelling waves that have once been calmer are now too difficult to navigate and not worth the coast of the trip.
